EBK is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or share your information with third-parties. We do ask for your email so we can keep you informed of your order status. We also want to keep you in the loop on sales or new product offerings. However, simply email us to let us know if you would like to be taken off our mailing list and we’ll happily accommodate your request.
Shipping
All EBK items are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. If you require overnight delivery, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@elliebelliekids.com.
Returns
We’re sure you’re going to love your EBK product. However we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase on unworn/unused tutus and messenger bags with their original tags. Simply contact us at customerservice@elliebelliekids.com and we’ll give you return/exchange instructions. You will be responsible for return/exchange shipping. Personalized capes are non-returnable.
Backorders
From time to time the demand for our products will exceed our inventory. When this happens we will let you know as soon as possible and you will have the option to either await delivery, choose another product, or cancel your order.
Maryland Sales Tax
Maryland residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
Ordering
All EBK orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Your EBK merchandise will be shipped within five business days of receiving your Tutu or Messenger Bag order. Allow up to two weeks for Capes.
Safety
We want you and your kids to enjoy their EBK items. Please monitor their play responsibly. Ellie Bellie Kids is not responsible for injuries due to misuse or rough play.
